"We had rented a houseboat one summer and cruised down the Rideau River to the 1000 Islands for two wonderful weeks . The temperature had been in the high 90’s most of the time and we never went far without encountering this type of scene. Painting on the houseboat with the kids diving off the deck over my head proved an interesting experience."
